The Hennopack tray erecting former systems are designed for the erection of folding blanks, from simple to highly sophisticated folding box shapes at high power. The common features are high size diversity and performance in a short format change. Built with a servo-driven or cylinder top sheet feed mechanism, the Hennopack tray forming machine allows a quick and accurate feeding of the blanks to the forming section. Moreover, it does not require a mandrel; hence, the forming section can automatically fold and tuck trays in various sizes. In addition, it can form as more than 12 trays in one minute (with or without a lid, hot melt glue, or self-lock).
