1. Servo channel splitter will divide the oil bottles from one into the two channels needed for packaging and convey them to the gripping platform; when the gripping platform is full of material photoelectricity detects that the multi-channel is full of material, feedback signal to the main system。
2. The carton forming machine forms the carton and seals the bottom, and at the same time feeds the carton positioning line via the roller conveyor line, opens the top leaf of the carton, and feeds the in-place signal to the main system.
3. When the signals for the above two steps are in place, the main system will feed the grasping signals back to the robot, which will grab the oil bottle and put it into the box according to the programmed move-radium.
4. Finish packing boxes, transfer to sealing machine, seal boxes by themselves, and output to the warehouse.
